SHIPPING POLICY

This website is operated by Magic Chems. Magic Chems grants you, the user, access to this website and all of its resources, tools, and services in exchange for your acceptance of all of the terms, conditions, rules, and notices shown here. Please be aware that you recognize and agree to these conditions by placing an order.

Our goal is to deliver every purchase as soon as we can. The processing period for retail sales is two business days starting on the date of the order. We will provide you a lead time for wholesale sales as soon as your application is accepted.

Only domestic orders will be sent from the United States. Rarely, shipping restrictions may apply to some hazardous items, such as powerful solvents.

Free delivery is offered for retail sales on purchases that total $50 or more. The customer is responsible for paying the delivery cost in cases of wholesale purchases. Your wholesale application will be approved, and we will provide you a door-to-door quote that includes the delivery charge. 

With the tracking number supplied, you may monitor the progress of your package.
