RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchanges and refunds for all orders must be made through customer care at magichemsolutions@gmail.com
Items that are in stock may be returned within 14 days as long as they are packed in their original container.
Once the 14-day grace period has passed, we won't accept returns or exchanges for our items.
Product returns are not accepted if the packaging has been opened or used.
Please notify us right away if any things arrive broken or faulty so we can determine the best course of action.
All returned goods are subject to a final inspection by us, at our discretion. All goods returned to our inventory will be subject to a 18% restocking fee if our examination reveals that the item is damaged.
Unless the return is the result of a misshipment (shipping the incorrect goods), we won't pay for freight.
The original payment method used at the time of purchase will be credited with the refund. We are unable to credit a refund to a different card or payment method.
Customers who misuse the free returns and refunds policy may be denied free shipping and returns at our discretion.
Damaged/Missing Items
If for some reason your order arrived damaged or contained missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement ASAP. Please contact our support team to make the Damaged/Missing Item Claim. When you email us be sure to put Damaged/Missing Item Claim in the subject email via magichemsolutions@gmail.com so we can tend to this ASAP!
